Cleaned up a lot of problems with animations & the state machines.

Added a new enemy which is almost working - currently does no damage but the animations and main behaviours are all there.

Added a basic statistics page so you can see your deaths and kill counts.

Rebalanced some levels and improved the lighting in level 3 so it isn't as impossible anymore.

Saving/loading is still broken, so I don't recommend using it.
